FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We know home renovations aren’t something you do every day, so let’s answer all of your questions:

  • We know it can feel odd having strangers in your home. Our job is to make the process as comfortable as possible! Each project is different, but you’ll be working with our team of specialized contractors and project managers. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way to let you know who’s coming into your home, when, and why.

  • We’re proudly based in London, Ontario. We service up to one hour outside of London, including the Strathroy, St. Marys, Stratford, and St. Thomas areas.

  • Of course we’ll help you secure the proper permits! Once we’ve finalized the design, we’ll apply for and secure any necessary permits. Depending on the project, city inspectors may conduct site visits to inspect any work to ensure compliance.

  • Once you fill out our contact form, you’ll receive a reply within 48 business hours. We’ll schedule a phone call or an onsite visit right away, then you’ll receive a custom quote for your project.

  • Absolutely! We are very confident in the quality of our work, so we offer a 2-year warranty on all workmanship, along with the manufacturers’ warranty for any material used on the project.

  • Yes! Safety is our top priority. We are fully insured, and all of our employees are covered under WSIB.
