A diamond in the rough, our team purchased this house from a distressed seller, creating a win-win scenario. We began this project by removing all of the junk left behind by the seller, and then gutting the house to the studs.

This house was poorly laid out, with the one and only bathroom on the main floor, and both bedrooms upstairs. One particularly unique aspect to this house was its beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the attic. We revamped the attic space entirely, turning it into an office/living area, and adding a much-needed bathroom on the second floor.

We shifted to an open concept main floor plan, and moved the kitchen from the back of the house to the front.
