This gorgeous four-level side split located on a corner lot was updated to achieve a more modern look and feel. To accomplish this, our team added a massive 4' x 7' kitchen island, seamless pot lights throughout all spaces, new flooring, and updates to both bathrooms.

No detail was overlooked in this project, including the striking black door hardware, black kitchen handles, and black accent light fixtures.

As an additional touch, we installed a luxury pot filler above the stovetop to make home-cooked meals a touch more functional.
