REGIMENT

For this project, we completed a seamless addition to the home, expanding both the main floor and basement by approximately 250 square feet each. The goal was to create more functional living space while ensuring the new addition blended naturally with the original structure.

On the main floor, the added square footage allowed the living and dining areas to open up, creating a more spacious and comfortable layout for everyday living and hosting. Great care was taken to ensure the addition matched the character of the existing home, including sourcing the same exterior brick, matching shingles, and coordinating soffit and trim details.

In the basement, the additional space made room for a new spare bedroom, adding flexibility and value to the home. The result is an expansion that feels like it was always part of the house, both inside and out.
