This project involved transforming a 1,400-square-foot unfinished basement into a fully functional and stylish living space featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a gym area, and an entertainment zone.

Our favourite highlights of the renovation include a custom-built sauna, a hidden door seamlessly integrated into the design, in-ceiling audio speakers for a premium sound experience, and custom glass doors and partition walls that maximize natural light throughout the space. In addition to the basement, we upgraded the main floor laundry room and added a striking feature wall to the office, bringing a cohesive and modern aesthetic to the entire home.
