BALACLAVA

This vinyl-sided two-story house featured 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. The value-add we brought to this project was adding a second full bathroom on the main floor, relocating the laundry from the basement to the main floor, and relocating the kitchen to create a breezy, open concept main floor plan. Using a neutral paint colour and flooring throughout, we updated to a more modern feel throughout this classic space.
